Workaround no longer working

Hello,

Since yesterday evening, the workaround no longer works for me. I’m using version 15 (because I have some JavaScript code of my own that doesn’t seem to work with version 16) with the alert commented out. It worked fine, but since yesterday, whenever I (or a participant) start the experiment, it goes through the delay test in a funny way (it shows “Please wait…”, then the next “Please wait…” slides up from below it to replace it) and then just stops entirely (i.e. shows a blank screen with only the banner and “Powered by Qualtrics” on it). I’m losing lots of participants, so would appreciate a quick solution!

Addendum: when I try to use version 16, it just gets stuck on the delay test (“Please wait…”).
