Parser Problems

I keep getting this error code so the python parser won’t work. Can anybody help me figure out what to do?

[ERROR] [CODE:2] [TAG:ERR_MISSING_INDEX_1] Subject: R_25axj0v0k, Exit Question: ExitQ, SujectID: 1- Exit question with Index 1 is missing. Either subject did not go through indicated block, or wrong row indices are used in Loop & Merge spreadsheet for Trial block with mentioned Exit Tag. Please fix

Hi! I get the same error and I don’t know what is causing it.

Hi, the only way I’ve found to get rid of that error is to delete the row for that participant in the csv file from Qualtrics. Then the parser should run fine. The error code tells you it is Subject: R_25axj0v0k, which should be listed in one of the first columns. So delete that row and try again.

Unfortunately, that means losing that one participant – but it suggests that something went wrong while they were completing the experiment.
