How to interpret the response time (RT) unit?

Hello,

We have used the QRTEngine for the needs of our study were conducting at the University of Leuven, Belgium. We managed to include it in a Qualtrics survey successfully and it was working perfectly. We must say that it is an extremely useful feature for conducting more complex experiments.

However, there is still one issue left unresolved. After we converted the results into an Excel workbook, we noticed an unusual unit in which the response times (RT) are given. As we understand, the responses should be recorded in milliseconds. Instead of that they are given with multiple dots in between the numbers. In order for us to be able to continue the statistical analysis of this study we would need to know how to precisely convert or interpret this unit.
