I’ve been collecting data with the v15_jfe_fix engine on Qualtrics. A number of participants have mentioned that the second block of the experiment, which is an exact repeat of the first block, is completely blank. (i.e., it has trials, but each trial is made up of blinking blank screens. There should be 3 blocks of randomly-ordered trials.) This is strange. I can’t get it to replicate on my own computer. I thought it might be an ad-blocker problem, or a problem of running on a PC rather than a Mac (I use a Mac), but some of the participants have told me that even after turning off their ad-blockers, they continue to have issues.
If I could replicate the issue, I feel like I’d be better able to fix it, but as it is it only seems to happen about 1/3 of the time. Obviously, 1/3 of the time is a lot! Has anyone experienced problems like this?
