    Hello,

First, I’d like to thank you for this promising program.
For start I decided to go through the stroop tutorial, but I stucked at the very beggining. Like it is shown (or at least how I interpreted), I copied the QRTEngine script (ctrl+a) into the look & feel/advenced header field (ctrl+v), and than I saved it. I was not able to perform the next step, to choose another theme, since there was no option aviable. Also, there was no option to insert Java script. So I’m pretty sure that I missed something out, but I can’t figure out what.

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hi Domonkos,

Are you by any chance using a trial account? Qualtrics no longer allows you to change your lay-out and add your own Look & Feel HTML to a Survey. There’s not a lot we can do about this, sadly 🙁 If this is not the case, let us know!

    Best regards,

    Erwin

I had a different problem. I tried copying the js file for QRTE to the header on the Look and Feel option. And even though it gets copied, nothing happens. So when I followed all the steps given on the stroop, all other functions are working (loop and merge, piped text) but not the java codes. Hence there are no time intervals. Moreover the entire js script opens up, like an actual header. Also the screen just stays open as long as I click on the continue button. is there something I am missing?
