QRTEngine still not running

Hi all,

I updated our surveys to version 18 and the tasks are still not working. Participants report that they need to press the space bar to advance to the next stimuli, the test marks INCORRECT even when the correct key is selected, and/or the page just freezes and nothing happens at all. Any ideas on how to fix this issue so we can get the tasks up and running again? Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hi Fran,

I had problems with v18 as well, but for me the surveys would just not load. I decided, on a whim, to try v16 again, and it worked for me recently (about 2 weeks ago). You may want to try that.

Hi Stephen, thanks for your reply. I tried the surveys with version 16 and the tasks are still not working. The tasks will only advance when pressing the space bar.

Hi Fran, in that case, I would suggest sending an email to the QRTE team directly.
