Problem with parsers

Hello,

I’m having problems with both the java and python parser on my data. With java, I receive the error java.lang.NullPointersException and a file is written which contains only one cell. With python, I get an import error (cannot import name ‘QRTEParser’) and nothing is written. I followed the instructions on the web and can’t seem to find what I’m missing here. I would be grateful for any advice.

I’m having the same exact problem with both parsers. Strangely, I used to be able to use the java parser just fine, but not anymore. Unsure what changed. Would appreciate any help.

Just found out that because the parser was written with python2, and I installed python3, it didn’t run. I was able to run the parser with python2, so Katja, maybe you can try that too?
