Need to define 2 form fields in exit tag error

I have been conducting a study for 2 weeks, and all of a sudden all participants receive an error “Need to define 2 form fields!” whenever they enter a loop & merge stimulus block. I have checked my qualtrics and no changes were made to the survey in that time. I even tried reverting back to older versions but the problem persists. Has something changed?

Same problem here. QRTE seems to be unusable for now. I have emailed the team and hope for an answer soon.

It worked briefly again for us, but has since stopped working again.

I’m having the same problem. I’m also having the issue that my regular survey questions are not displaying (even though i have the correct js code for displaying the question). Could this be related?
