It does not give me the option to in ‘Advanced Options’. Please could you advise me on this Many thanks 🙂 November 20, 2014 at 4:16 am #659 VanessaGuest Also, I’ve used the developer tool to debug the code and it keeps coming up with: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CACHE_MISS How do I fix this? thanks again November 20, 2014 at 9:39 am #664 Erwin HaasnootKeymaster Hi Vanessa, 1: It should just say ‘Import Survey’ and give you a pop-up box that allows you to pick a .qsf file – http://www.qualtrics.com/university/researchsuite/advanced-building/advanced-options-drop-down/import-and-export-surveys/#ImportingASurvey If that’s not the case, there’s probably some limitations on your account, are you using a trial account? 2: I googled the error for you, this is an error that can be disregarded. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/26408931/bizarre-error-in-chrome-developer-console-failed-to-load-resource-neterr-ca The most likely culprit is Ad Block Plus, but it shouldn’t really affect your Survey much. Hope this helps! Best, Erwin Author Posts Viewing 3 posts - 1 through 3 (of 3 total) The forum ‘Support’ is closed to new topics and replies.
